📋 Description

• Lead the technical aspects of product implementations for customers using SAP S/4HANA and/or SuccessFactors. • Customize and configure SAP systems to support integration with our document archiving solution. • Collaborate with product development to provide functional and design input and support the development of features. • Engage with customers, project managers, and internal developers to capture requirements, design solutions, and deliver successful implementations. • Provide technical expertise during the pre-sales cycle through tailored and compelling demos for prospective customers. • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during and after implementation. • Provide feedback to the product and development teams to improve functionality and the user experience. • Assist in creating and maintaining technical documentation, demo scripts, and implementation playbooks.

🎯 Requirements

• 3–7 years of experience in SAP technical roles (ABAP, ABAP Cloud, Workflow, BTP, SuccessFactors, or other related areas). • Practical experience with SAP ArchiveLink, SAP ILM, or SAP DMS integrations is a strong plus. • Familiarity with document management systems (e.g., OpenText, SharePoint, or other ECM platforms). • Experience with SAP customizations, extensions, and BADI/User-Exits. • Ability to clearly communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Confidently lead customer presentations, both virtual and on-site. • Self-starter who thrives in a dynamic, startup-like environment. • Fluent German and good English skills, both written and spoken.
