📋 Description

• Provide SAP ABAP technical solutions for North American clients and customized VertexOne SAP services • Lead technical resources and deliver solutions for current and upcoming projects • Collaborate with functional teams, clients, and North American team members to gather requirements, develop solutions, and deploy solutions • Analyze client production-operation defects and modify ABAP objects to correct problems • Work with functional teams to ensure business requirements are properly developed and deployed within SAP applications • Adjust technical objects and resolve conflicts caused by service packs, enhancement packs, or upgrade activities • Follow VertexOne development standards for future developments and enhancements • Develop technical specifications and work with functional resources on object development and testing • Define unit-test scenarios, create master data, and perform unit, cycle, and integration testing • Provide development estimates for new functionality and enhancements • Lead and coordinate the work of a small development team when required • Develop functional skills in others through active knowledge sharing

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in MIS, Computer Science or similar related fields • 5+ years SAP experience with ABAP development • Minimum 2 End-to-End Implementations and at least 1 Support Projects • Expert knowledge of SAP ABAP in an SAP ERP environment • Knowledge of enhancements, including BADIs, User Exits, Enhancement Points, and Forms • Experience with Module Pool programming, ALV and List reports, RFC Function modules/BAPIs, interfaces, BDC, and Call Transactions • Hands-on experience with ABAP CDS views and AMDP • Good knowledge of S/4HANA ABAP coding standards • Basic functional knowledge in at least one SAP module, such as FICO, PP, MM, SD, or PM • Ability to work flexibly and analytically in a problem-solving environment • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Formal SAP training or certifications preferred • Experience with SAP-MM, SAP-FICO, SAP-PP, SAP-SD, or SAP-PM data structures and tables preferred • Knowledge of SAP IS-U modules such as FICA, Billing, or Device Management advantageous • SAP certification in relevant functional areas advantageous • Experience with NetWeaver advantageous
