📋 Description

• Develop dashboards and validation rules for the HRS department • Develop validation templates and automated rules for data analysis • Work with large-scale datasets • Share knowledge to support future dashboard updates • Manage, create, and develop KPIs • Gather requirements • Map processes • Develop and maintain dashboards • Conduct meetings with clients and stakeholders • Create automated routines • Provide technical support to the company’s various departments • Ensure data quality and integrity • Share knowledge

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field • Experience creating dashboards and developing and validating tool rules • Experience developing dashboards connected to external systems • Experience gathering functional requirements and translating them into technical solutions • Experience creating and analyzing KPIs • Advanced Excel skills • Knowledge of DAX • Knowledge of ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) using Power Query • Knowledge of data modeling and table relationships, including 1:N and 1:1 relationships • Knowledge of Power BI Report Server (PBRS) • Familiarity with M language • Familiarity with SQL • Knowledge of relational and dimensional database modeling • Knowledge of Copilot • Intermediate or advanced English is desirable • Intermediate or advanced Spanish is desirable • Accounting knowledge is desirable • Knowledge of Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and data lakes is desirable
