📋 Description

• Manage seasonal development costing activities, support with information for negotiation with vendors and cost related analysis. • Utilize data provided by the Costing Intelligence team and the Operational Costing team to identify opportunities to design to higher profitability. • Support connectivity and information sharing among Product Vendors, Sourcing, Global Material Supply, Finance, Engineering and Suppliers that enables a valuable One-VF Global Costing Strategy. • Achieve improvements in costing through eliminating redundancies, automating repetitive tasks and optimizing processes for maximum value. • Ensure processes adherence across all brands and regions to leverage one-VF scale and operating procedures across the enterprise.

• Highly collaborative and trusted professional with a strong work ethic • Proven success in adopting change and transformation • Experience in business process improvements desired • Experience managing key partnerships, managing multiple stakeholder groups, and consistently delivering business results in a manner that fits with VF’s guiding principles • Experience in a global matrix environment including strategic and innovative thinking • Digital and analytical mindset with a passion for efficiency and process innovation • Experience in industrial garment manufacturing/ buying office/ trading company required • Knowledge of manufacturing operating costs required • Experience in adopting change • Strong analytical and reasoning skills • Eager to learn and adopt new methods, tools, technologies • Good communication skills: diplomatic, open, good listener, direct, succinct • Oral and written fluency in English.
