📋 Description

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including consumer research, R&D, and engineering • Compile and evaluate research on future product requirements • Identify enhancements to current products • Assist the product development team in testing strategies, including pricing, product design, marketing, advertising, and packaging • Plan own work, assess progress, and adjust efforts to meet goals • Support goal achievement through personal effort • Meet own targets impacting the immediate work area

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent years of experience in a similar industry • One year of related experience preferred • Strong written and oral communication skills • Proficient PC skills • Good knowledge of a single specialist area through prior study or experience • Ability to apply principles and practices in a recognized professional field • Ability to follow standardized rules, procedures, and operations • Ability to determine a course of action based on guidelines • Ability to perform fact-finding, clarification, and basic analysis • Ability to use basic problem-solving techniques to define problems and identify solutions • Ability to exchange standard/basic technical or non-technical information with colleagues, superiors, and customers • Ability to interpret or clarify technical information • Ability to convey straightforward information to non-divergent audiences
