📋 Description

• Lead and develop a team of specialists, coach performance, and support professional growth • Manage a portfolio of factories within the assigned country and ensure core KPIs are met or exceeded • Contribute to Risk Assessment and Pre-Production meetings by identifying risks and recommending actions • Resolve production-related issues, including material delays and low output, with VF functions and factory partners • Participate in root cause analysis and CAP reviews for quality claims; facilitate CAP implementation and effectiveness • Support social and environmental compliance corrective action plans and VF programs such as Higg Index, WCD, and LABS • Co-lead the automation strategy with the Commercialization team and support lean manufacturing adoption • Use data analytics to improve factory performance and efficiency • Maintain cross-functional relationships and serve as the key contact for operational escalations • Monitor industry trends, material innovations, and manufacturing best practices • Promote compliance, accountability, continuous improvement, and VF Values • Travel frequently to factory sites across designated locations within Bangladesh

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience and deep understanding of manufacturing processes, materials, and construction methods within the relevant product category • Proven leadership experience managing multicultural teams and influencing stakeholders • Ability to lead, facilitate, and champion change • High personal and professional integrity and ethics • Passion for product and a consumer-first mindset • Ability to manage complex interpersonal interactions, solve problems, make decisions, and work effectively under pressure • Excellent organizational and analytical skills; ability to prioritize and execute multiple tasks/projects • Ability to collaborate globally and cultural sensitivity • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or related field; MBA is a plus • Minimum 8–10 years of experience in production operations, including at least 3 years in a managerial role • Experience working with overseas factories and multicultural factory management teams • Proven experience leading and developing teams • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, PLM systems, and production planning tools • Fluent in English, written and verbal • Willingness and ability to travel extensively within the region
