📋 Description

• Investigate the needs of internal teams and brokers through interviews, workshops, data, and information from relationship channels • Map the broker journey, identifying stages, touchpoints, pain points, and opportunities for improvement • Connect pain points to the processes, business rules, and systems that influence the experience • Support the definition of segmentation criteria and their application across processes, services, and service channels • Translate findings into improvement proposals and requirements, validating solutions with users and relevant teams • Structure communications about changes on portals and monitor brokers’ understanding and adoption

🎯 Requirements

• Experience analyzing and improving commercial processes • Experience mapping internal and external journeys • Experience translating user needs into processes and requirements • Ability to use data to guide decision-making • Ability to facilitate alignment among business, technology, and commercial channels • Preferred: experience working with insurance brokers and/or partner portals • Preferred: experience with UX methods and/or service design
