📋 Description

• Understand clients’ business needs, particularly in Retirement and Insurance, and translate them into clear, comprehensive User Stories. • Define functional and non-functional requirements. • Prepare and maintain high-level technical documentation, including traceability matrices, data models, prototypes/mockups, and solution journeys. • Advocate for the scope with the development team. • Model business processes. • Manage requirements changes through effective communication. • Estimate analysis hours, effort, and complexity. • Support annual demand planning. • Train junior analysts. • Serve as a communication link between stakeholders. • Ensure solutions meet the company’s requirements and objectives. • Conduct advanced data analysis, identify trends, and propose business opportunities to drive growth for the Business Unit and its clients.

🎯 Requirements

• Solid and consistent experience (minimum 6 years) in the role, demonstrated across diverse and complex technology project environments. • Strong knowledge of Retirement and Insurance concepts. • Proficiency in process design, requirements elicitation, and process modeling. • Experience with business analysis tools and methodologies (Agile or traditional). • Experience with databases and SQL. • Knowledge of programming logic and system integration (APIs/Web Services). • Strong business systems perspective, analytical and critical thinking skills, and the ability to solve complex problems. • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. • Postgraduate qualification and/or certifications in relevant areas (Technology, Retirement, and Insurance). • Advanced English and intermediate Spanish. • Knowledge of Brazil’s General Data Protection Law (LGPD). • Adaptability to change, emotional intelligence, a sense of urgency, prioritization skills, and strong organizational abilities. • Proactivity and a strong commitment to deadlines and quality. • Problem-solving skills and logical thinking.
