📋 Description

• Collaborate closely with Italian Commercial stakeholders as part of the European Commercial IT organization • Support delivery of strategic technological initiatives • Act as a liaison between Italian teams and Global/Regional IT functions • Contribute to digital transformation projects involving artificial intelligence, advanced analytics, digital marketing, CRM, and process automation • Support solutions developed with Microsoft Copilot Studio and the evolution of the digital content ecosystem based on Aprimo, Anthill, and Veeva Vault • Support business process analysis and document, verify, and validate current and future-state processes • Assist in gathering and structuring business requirements • Identify opportunities for digital transformation and support automation solution design • Reinforce local IT governance and collaboration with global and regional IT teams

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s degree in Information Technology, Data Science, Applied Mathematics, Management Engineering, Computer Science, or Statistics • Proficiency in speaking, comprehending, reading and writing in both Italian and English • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 • Familiarity with data analytics and reporting tools such as Power BI • Interest in artificial intelligence • Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Automate, CRM and digital marketing platforms, or digital content management solutions such as Aprimo, Anthill, and Veeva Vault would be considered a plus • Preferably possess curiosity, proactivity, a collaborative and business-oriented approach, eagerness to learn in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, and a project management mindset
