📋 Description
• Deliver interactive and structured training on the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express, React, Node). • Create, curate, and continuously update technical content, projects, and assessments. • Mentor learners, clarify doubts, conduct code reviews, and track progress. • Conduct live coding sessions, workshops, and hands-on exercises. • Support and guide learners through real-world capstone projects. • Stay updated with the latest tech trends and incorporate them into training material. • Provide regular feedback and contribute to the enhancement of the learning process.
🎯 Requirements
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with the MERN stack or relevant full stack technologies. • Previous experience in a teaching, training, or mentorship role (formal or informal). • Strong knowledge of JavaScript, REST APIs, and modern web development practices. • Familiarity with version control using Git and collaborative workflows (GitHub, GitLab). • Excellent communication, presentation, and people skills.
