📋 Description

• Prepare nursing-care reimbursement rate and investment-cost rate calculations for residential care facilities and further develop them with the team • Analyze cost, staffing, and pricing data • Present decision-making and negotiation materials in a clear and accessible format • Support reimbursement negotiations with long-term care insurance funds and social assistance authorities • Gradually take on suitable processes independently after onboarding • Support Controlling and care facilities with reimbursement-related questions • Prepare benchmarking analyses • Maintain the pricing database accurately and reliably • Contribute to projects focused on standardizing and digitizing nursing-care reimbursement management • Work closely with the Head of Nursing-Care Reimbursement Management, Controlling, and facility leadership

🎯 Requirements

• Commercial training, a degree in business, social, health, or nursing sciences, or an equivalent qualification • Enjoy working with numbers and the ability to analyze business relationships in a structured manner • Confident use of Excel • Ability to evaluate data transparently and present findings clearly • Careful and reliable working style • Enjoy collaborating with different specialist departments • Strong written and verbal communication skills in German • Initial experience or exposure to the care or social services sector, Controlling, or cost accounting is a plus • Basic knowledge of Book XI or Book XII of the German Social Code (SGB XI/SGB XII) is a plus • Initial experience preparing for or supporting reimbursement negotiations is a plus
