📋 Description

• Independently coordinate the planning and implementation of IT projects • Support the IT team and work closely with the Product Owner, Lead Developer, and UX Designer • Design and develop scalable software architectures • Create strategic plans for the continued development of the product • Conduct regular code reviews and ensure high quality standards • Develop frontend components and ensure their seamless integration with the backend • Develop backend components as needed • Identify and resolve technical issues, and optimize existing systems for improved performance and scalability • Implement and monitor security measures • Maintain automated build, testing, and deployment pipelines • Take responsibility for the continued development of the start-up

🎯 Requirements

• Fluent German (C2) • Experience with software solutions that operate continuously in production • Knowledge of scalable software solutions and software architectures • Knowledge of frontend technologies: TypeScript, React, React Native, Tailwind • Knowledge of backend technologies: TypeScript, GraphQL, REST, PostgreSQL, Bun • Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes • Knowledge of microservices • Knowledge of code quality and software stability • Knowledge of AI components, LLMs, RAG, and vector databases • Willingness to use AI in your work • Ability to work independently, show initiative, and take responsibility • Team-oriented with a willingness to share knowledge • Willingness to engage in constructive discussions and actively contribute
