📋 Description

• Write LinkedIn posts highlighting Vineskills' expertise, products, services, and client success stories • Manage and repurpose video content across YouTube, the website, LinkedIn, and newsletters using Canva, Loom, and AI-assisted workflows • Coordinate weekly Free Help Wednesday promotions, including email updates, Tip Tuesday posts, and webinar recordings • Manage Mailchimp campaigns, including weekly, monthly, and targeted product, service, and webinar campaigns • Maintain and improve the Vineskills website by updating pages, publishing content, supporting SEO, and building new pages • Create sales enablement materials such as product one-pagers, service overviews, and client case studies • Keep marketing materials accurate and up to date • Improve content performance, streamline marketing processes, and leverage AI and automation • Support planning and coordination for industry conferences and events, including promotional materials and logistics • Develop, repurpose, and distribute content with internal teams to reach the right audiences • Build repeatable processes and independently manage recurring marketing activities

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in content marketing, digital marketing, brand management, marketing coordination, or a similar role • Strong written English and ability to create clear, engaging, professional content • Hands-on experience managing social media content and digital publishing workflows, particularly LinkedIn and YouTube • Experience with email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp, including campaign creation, scheduling, and audience management • Proficiency with Canva and comfort editing, formatting, and repurposing video content • Experience managing website content through a CMS and understanding of basic SEO principles • Strong organizational skills; ability to manage recurring deadlines and multiple projects independently • Attention to detail and commitment to consistent branding, messaging, and content quality • Proactive process-improvement mindset • Comfort working with AI tools for content creation, research, and marketing workflows • Strong written communication and collaboration skills in a fully remote environment • At least 2 years of experience in content marketing, digital marketing, social media, or a related role • Ideally based in Colombia or the Philippines • Nice to have: experience with Claude, AI-assisted workflows, or custom AI skills • Nice to have: basic HTML/CSS or other website editing and coding experience • Nice to have: experience creating case studies, product marketing materials, or sales enablement content • Nice to have: familiarity with SEO tools, website analytics, email reporting, and content performance metrics • Nice to have: experience marketing SaaS products, professional services, or technology solutions • Nice to have: experience working with distributed teams and international clients
