• Perform accurate quantity takeoffs from construction drawings and specifications • Assist in compiling and analyzing cost estimates for projects • Collaborate with estimators and project managers to ensure comprehensive bid proposals • Utilize on-screen takeoff software
🎯 Requirements
• 6+ years experience with quantity takeoff and estimating • Strong understanding of construction processes • Proficiency in any on-screen takeoff software (Planswift, Bluebeam, OST, etc.) • Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
