📋 Description

• Develop brand strategies, visual concepts, and creative assets • Design logos and manage brand guidelines from concept through to completion • Create compelling presentations and capability statements • Design websites and UX/UI interfaces, with a focus on WordPress sites and landing pages • Produce creative assets and campaign graphics for social media platforms • Create animations, video edits, and motion graphics using Premiere Pro and After Effects • Provide creative direction and art direction across diverse client portfolios • Collaborate closely with account managers, content writers, and project leads • Oversee print production and maintain relationships with external print suppliers

🎯 Requirements

• Proven senior-level experience in graphic design and visual brand execution • Advanced proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite • Intermediate to advanced skills in video editing and motion graphics, specifically Premiere Pro and After Effects • Intermediate proficiency with WordPress and landing page design • Experience translating strategic objectives into compelling visual communications • Strong client presentation and stakeholder management capabilities • Solid knowledge of print production processes and supplier management • Experience designing for B2B, manufacturing, technology, defence, engineering, or industrial sectors (nice to have) • Hands-on experience with AI design tools and workflows such as Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, and ChatGPT (nice to have) • Experience using Canva for rapid design tasks (nice to have) • Familiarity with project management and workflow systems, particularly ClickUp (nice to have)
