📋 Description

• Source, build, and segment data lists for marketing, sales, or outreach campaigns • Ensure lists are targeted, accurate, and compliant with relevant data protection regulations • Work with internal stakeholders to understand list requirements and criteria • Clean, validate, and de-duplicate data across systems • Identify and correct inconsistencies, errors, and outdated records • Support data quality standards, best practices, and database maintenance processes • Assist in creating and maintaining reports and dashboards • Support ad hoc data requests and analysis • Ensure reporting data is accurate and consistent • Learn to use Excel, Power BI, and Tableau to visualise data • Collaborate across departments to understand data needs • Support wider data projects and initiatives • Attend training sessions and complete apprenticeship coursework

🎯 Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to work • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (or willingness to learn quickly) • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal • A proactive, curious mindset with a genuine interest in data • Ability to manage time effectively and juggle multiple tasks • Some exposure to data tools (e.g. CRM systems, Excel formulas, Power BI/Tableau) (desirable) • Interest in a career in data, analytics, or marketing operations (desirable) • Basic understanding of data protection principles (e.g. GDPR) (desirable)
