📋 Description

• Support the planning, execution, and evaluation of influencer marketing campaigns for various brands • Identify suitable creators on Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube and support their selection and outreach • Support influencer collaborations from initial contact and briefings through campaign execution • Research current trends, emerging creators, and content formats to identify new customer opportunities • Support the analysis of relevant performance KPIs and data-driven campaign optimization • Maintain and develop the creator database • Support organizational tasks in campaign management

🎯 Requirements

• You are ideally studying marketing, media, communications, business administration, or a comparable field and are available for 5–6 months • You are passionate about social media, influencer marketing, and current trends on Instagram, TikTok, and similar platforms • You are eager to learn about performance marketing and understand how content generates measurable results • You work in a structured, reliable, and independent manner and remain organized when handling multiple tasks • You demonstrate initiative, curiosity, and enthusiasm for contributing new ideas and taking on responsibility • You communicate confidently in German and have good English skills • Initial practical experience in marketing is a plus, but not required
