📋 Description

• Align personalization initiatives with the overall strategy and provide input to the Regional Delivery Lead • Lead and manage delivery of customer personalization initiatives • Coordinate resource allocation with the Delivery Director • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and align personalization requirements • Manage client project portfolios, including budgeting, resource planning, risk management, and project execution • Plan and execute personalization projects and manage project budgets • Track and analyze project performance metrics and report to the Regional Delivery Lead • Collaborate with Delivery Managers and teams for coordination and information sharing • Gather customer evaluations, identify process bottlenecks, and propose service improvements • Identify technical objectives and recommend solutions through business process and management consulting analysis • Support Sales by identifying opportunities and gathering requirements for value-driven solutions • Evaluate and initially scope incoming requests • Cooperate with Account Managers to provide technical and quality expertise • Contribute to the growth and development of customer channels

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of relevant experience as a Delivery Manager, Product Owner, Project Manager, or Business Analyst • Fluency in English, written and spoken • Strong communication skills • Strong technical background • Experience in the Pharma domain • Good sales skillset • Ability to deal with a high volume of quick projects • Desire to learn new technologies, investigate details, and troubleshoot problems • Experience managing/coordinating web development projects • Understanding of business policies and procedures • Experience with account/project management tools such as Jira, MS Office, and CRMs
