📋 Description

• Own regional market and customer analyses and monitor applications, trends, and competitors • Translate the division’s product strategy into targeted regional go-to-market initiatives • Advise and support key customers as a strategic technical interface • Actively drive design-ins with end customers • Identify and structure new business opportunities and unlock additional market potential • Capture customer needs and requirements and incorporate them into the further development of the product portfolio • Ensure close cross-functional collaboration among Sales, Field Application Engineering (FAE), and the divisions • Evaluate business opportunities, contribute to pricing decisions, and ensure the implementation of agreed measures • Help build a European regional marketing team for inductors in the short to medium term and gradually assume additional responsibility

🎯 Requirements

• Completed degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or a comparable qualification • Extensive experience with inductors • Experience working with industrial customers and distributors • Structured, proactive, and customer-focused approach • Excellent communication skills and a hands-on mentality • Willingness to travel, primarily within Europe (approximately 30–40%) • Fluent German and English, with professional negotiating proficiency (minimum C2 level) • Good knowledge of Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and BusinessObjects
