📋 Description
• Lead the implementation and enhancement of Workday modules • Serve as a Functional Expert Across Workday Solutions • Partner with Project Team, Business Stakeholders & HR Leaders • Support Works Council consultations and ensure compliance with local laws • Drive Workday Innovation, AI & Digital Transformation • Enable User Adoption & Organizational Success • Troubleshoot system issues and collaborate on integrations • Stay updated with Workday releases and industry trends
🎯 Requirements
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in end-to-end implementation or rollout of Core HCM modules • Proficient understanding of core HCM localization and legislative requirements in various countries • Proven competence in leading or supporting workshops focused on Workday Core HCM modules • Extensive hands-on experience in configuring and supporting Workday HCM & Compensation modules • Hands-on experience in Workday Advanced Modules beyond Core HCM • English is a must; proficiency in any European language is a plus
