📋 Description

• Build strong relationships with merchants and CT domains • Understand the underlying reasons behind merchant requests • Anticipate the needs of growing merchants and engineering teams • Own complex products impacting multiple teams and Cimpress Technology domains • Use data on order volume, merchant satisfaction, and system performance to make decisions • Define and regularly track clear success metrics • Propose new order management capabilities based on market trends and emerging technologies • Create the vision and roadmap for Order Management • Gather input from businesses, engineers, operations, and leadership amid complexity and uncertainty • Own the Order Management solution end-to-end and make major decisions • Collaborate across Quote, Cart, Checkout, and Fulfillment product teams • Mentor 1–2 direct reports and help junior product managers grow • Build alignment across stakeholders • Adjust direction based on feedback, data, and stakeholder input

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in product management • 3+ years at a senior or principal level • Track record managing complex, multi-stakeholder products • Deep expertise in e-commerce, order management, or similar mission-critical systems • Experience treating internal engineering teams as customers, such as in platform products, infrastructure, or internal tools • Ability to understand order management connections to APIs, events, micro-services, and the broader platform • Ability to work with engineers on architecture and system design • Commitment to inclusive and respectful practices
