📋 Description

• Own the backlink pipeline end to end: identify relevant sites and journalists, personalize outreach, follow up, secure placements, and track results • Focus links on target ranking pages, not only the homepage • Monitor Viva’s backlink profile and placement quality • Identify potentially harmful links and coordinate cleanup • Track placements, backlinks, citations, and authority metrics • Share progress, insights, and next steps with the SEO & AEO Manager • Get Viva mentioned in sources cited by AI answers, including industry lists, comparison articles, and trusted publications • Set up and grow Viva’s profiles on review sites • Manage a monthly budget for paid placements and select sites with real readers and editorial standards • Plan and run digital PR campaigns for timely, relevant stories • Build and maintain relationships with journalists, editors, publishers, and website owners • Earn relevant media coverage, brand mentions, and editorial backlinks

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years in similar roles, such as Link Building Specialist, SEO Outreach Specialist, or Digital PR Specialist, or 5+ years working in SEO • B2B experience is a strong plus • Experience researching journalists and publications, writing personalized pitches, and earning media coverage or backlinks • Understanding of what makes a backlink relevant and valuable • Experience managing outreach, follow-ups, and placement quality • Existing network of editors, journalists, and publishers • Ability to pitch ideas and manage many outreach threads with care and consistency • Comfortable tracking campaign results and explaining performance and next steps • C1+ English proficiency • Clear, confident, concise, and engaging written and verbal communication • Experience using AI to find targets, research journalists, and draft pitches • Judgment to personalize and quality-check every message
