📋 Description

• Provide technical leadership for the Vivo+ platform team • Work across squads, focusing on platform architecture and engineering • Support critical architectural decisions • Assess systemic impacts across services and user journeys • Define and evolve architecture and engineering standards • Review highly complex technical solutions • Support investigations into critical production incidents • Identify architectural risks and opportunities for improvement • Support platform decoupling and modernization initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• Completed secondary education — certificate of completion required • Experience with large-scale digital platforms • Experience with super apps or high-volume marketplaces • Experience with mobile applications serving millions of active users • Experience with omnichannel platforms • Experience with ecosystems comprising hundreds of microservices • Experience with environments processing high transaction volumes per minute • Experience with platforms dependent on APIs and legacy systems • Experience with distributed cloud architectures and high availability • Experience with multiple squads evolving a platform simultaneously • Distributed systems architecture and microservices-based platforms • REST API design, versioning, and governance • Event-driven architectures • Scalability patterns: stateless services, caching, asynchronous processing, circuit breakers, and rate limiting • Resilience and high availability in distributed architectures • Backend engineering with Node.js or Java/Spring Boot • Integration across mobile applications, BFFs, APIs, and legacy systems • Mobile architecture and API consumption patterns; Flutter is a plus • Cloud technologies, including Azure or AWS, containers, and CI/CD pipelines • Observability: logs, metrics, and distributed tracing • Diagnosis of complex incidents in distributed environments • Impact analysis across services and user journeys • Platform thinking and reusable patterns across squads • Domain boundaries and domain-driven design • Architectural evolution and reduction of coupling between services
