📋 Description

• Develop full-stack solutions for B2B monetization strategies, working across backend services and user interfaces • Help reduce friction in the onboarding of new subscriptions and improve the configuration of free plans • Own end-to-end delivery for this area, working closely with Product, Design, and Data • Run experiments and track metrics to measure the impact of changes on conversion • Uphold technical quality, observability, and the reliability of production releases • Join the Monetization team, responsible for the company’s monetization strategies and expanding the market share of its B2C products • Maintain a direct interface with Product, Design, Data/Analytics, and Growth technical leadership to align priorities and make architectural decisions

🎯 Requirements

• Senior-level experience, with a strong background in backend development and hands-on frontend experience • Strong experience with one of the following backend technologies: Scala, Java, Go, or Node.js • Previous experience with, or willingness to work on, frontend development using React or JavaScript/TypeScript • Experience integrating with and consuming REST APIs, as well as working with service-oriented architectures • Ability to work across the full stack, contributing to backend and frontend initiatives and evolving contracts between services • Experience with LLM-assisted software development • Knowledge of observability, monitoring, and troubleshooting in production environments • Familiarity with automated testing, including unit, integration, and end-to-end tests, as well as software quality practices • Experience with modern development practices, including CI/CD, code review, and Git-based version control • Experience with experimentation, product metrics, feature flags, and analyzing the impact of changes in growth- and conversion-oriented business contexts • Nice to have: experience with GraphQL • Nice to have: experience with payment systems, including gateway integrations, transactions, and recurring billing • Comfortable working in a team undergoing transition or reorganization
