📋 Description

• Develop full-stack solutions for 4Pros’ monetization strategies, with a predominant focus on frontend development (React, TypeScript, GraphQL) • Help reduce friction in onboarding new subscriptions and enhance the configuration of free plans • Own deliveries end to end, working closely with Product, Design, and Data • Apply frontend architecture best practices and ensure the technical quality of deliverables • Work on the Growth team’s monetization initiatives, optimizing the conversion of free plans to paid plans and maximizing the market share of B2C products • Collaborate with Product, Design, Data/Analytics, and Growth’s technical leadership to align priorities and architecture

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience as a Full-Stack Engineer, with 70–80% of your work focused on frontend development • Proficiency in React, JavaScript, TypeScript, and Next.js • Advanced knowledge of building interfaces and components, as well as frontend architecture best practices • Proficiency in GraphQL • Autonomy to move between frontend and, when necessary, backend development • Comfortable working in a team undergoing transition and reorganization
