📋 Description

• You are responsible as a Data Account Manager – Public & Health (m/f/d) for the end-to-end consulting and sales of complex, bespoke and future-oriented solutions for your assigned named accounts as well as for new customers. • You dive deep into your customers’ structures and challenges, identify potential, develop targeted solution approaches and build sustainable, long-term customer relationships. • You independently manage exciting sales projects — with the backing of a strong team and the support of experienced internal experts. • You develop solutions together with the customer based on sound economic, process-related and strategic analyses — always with the goal of creating real added value. • You stay close to the customer, are present, reliable and dependable — and are perceived as a trusted partner on equal terms. • You accompany the entire sales process: from the initial idea through the offer and contract phases to long-term support and further development of your customers. • You apply and continually expand your expertise in mobile and fixed networks, data solutions and ICT topics such as IoT, Cloud, Security and UCC.

🎯 Requirements

• You have A-levels (Abitur) or equivalent and a completed commercial vocational training as a minimum; ideally you also hold a university degree. • You have already gained 1–2 years of professional experience in direct sales in the business customer environment — preferably in the IT or telecommunications sector. • You possess solid expertise in fixed-network and ICT solutions and enjoy continuously developing your professional skills. • You bring sound project management skills and keep an overview even in complex initiatives. • You demonstrate negotiation skills, an ability to close deals and composure — even in demanding discussions and decision-making situations. • You work independently, in a structured and goal-oriented way and bring a high degree of initiative and assertiveness. • You are flexible, resilient and approach change with a solution-oriented, positive mindset. • Very good English skills (C1 CEFR) complete your profile.
