📋 Description

• Support clients as a trusted expert advisor on workplace culture. • Depending on your level of experience you will work with smaller or larger more complex clients. • Administer, analyse and report on workplace surveys including engagement, pulse, onboarding, exit, diversity, leadership 360, and client service quality surveys. • Manage existing client accounts and support sales to new clients. • Actively participate in our internal product development. • Be coached by a more senior consultant who will support your personal and professional development.

🎯 Requirements

• An interest in improving workplace engagement, wellbeing and performance. • An aptitude for working with technology systems and data. • Customer service skills in understanding client needs and providing expert advice. • Strong written and verbal communication skills and English fluency. • Excellent time management, able to prioritise tasks and meet multiple deadlines. • Attention to detail (cite Star Wars in your cover letter to show this skill). • Ability to research and solve problems independently. • Skills in communicating and coordinating your work as part of a close team. • Relevant work experience coupled with a degree in Psychology, Business or a closely related discipline. • Intention to stay in the role for at least 3 years. • Playfulness and a willingness to not take yourself too seriously. • The capacity for a full-time role. • Willingness to travel to clients and our Sydney office for occasional meetings. • Australian citizenship, residency or a clear pathway to residency.
