📋 Description

• Grow adoption of the HAPI suite across job advertising and AI capabilities • Increase HAPI product usage within existing partners • Measure growth through end-customer adoption and jobs converted into paid campaigns • Champion rollout of HAPI AI screening and EQO capabilities within partner ecosystems • Build and maintain relationships across Product, Customer Success, commercial leadership, Sales, Engineering, and Marketing • Influence partner product roadmaps for deeper VONQ integration and AI-driven features • Collaborate with product, support, and engineering teams to ensure smooth execution and partner satisfaction • Meet ATS/HCM end-customers to understand needs • Translate customer feedback into product and sales opportunities • Own a quota and directly influence commercial success • Complete partnership-management, technical, business-case, and reference-check stages in the interview process

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of partner or channel experience involving embedded/API integrations • Experience ideally within HR Tech, SaaS, or platform-based businesses • Deep experience with APIs, XML feeds, embedded software, or white-label integrations • Fluency in German and English required • French is a significant plus • Genuine interest in AI and its application in hiring • Ability to navigate and influence multiple stakeholders within a partner or customer organization • Commercial mindset and comfort owning a quota • Builder’s mindset: proactive, hands-on, and excited to scale a high-growth business • Willingness or ability to work in the Netherlands, United Kingdom, or Germany preferred
