‱ Transform Paper.io 2 gameplay into interactive playable ad experiences ‱ Optimize playable ads for the best user experience, scalability, and adaptability ‱ Integrate analytics solutions to measure interactions and gain insights to improve the user experience ‱ Build interactive playable templates that can be customized by graphic designers ‱ Contribute to cross-functional initiatives, such as testing new tools and implementing new processes ‱ Develop a deep understanding of how your Paper.io playable ads perform and why ‱ Work within a small creative squad with amazing people from diverse backgrounds and nationalities ‱ Explore different creative angles, mechanics, and formats around Paper.io ‱ Become a creative expert in mobile gaming: benchmark what competitors are doing and experiment with new ideas

🎯 Requirements

‱ Fully proficient in playable ad creation or in developing Unity projects, size optimized to be used as playable ‱ Experience creating playable ads in Unity (Luna), Cocos Creator, or any relevant platform ‱ Adequate knowledge of object-oriented programming and web game development ‱ Proactive problem diagnosis and creative problem-solving skills ‱ Fluent in English, both oral and written ‱ 3+ years of experience in a similar role ‱ Deeply familiar with the mobile gaming market, in particular hyper casual and casual games ‱ Creative mindset and knowledge in game design ‱ Strong interest in Paper.io 2, its gameplay loops, audience, and creative potential ‱ Familiarity with 3rd party SDKs, analytics, and A/B testing in mobile games, preferred but not essential.
