📋 Description

• Monitor system performance and operations to ensure performance and availability standards are met • Flag and solve urgent incidents, escalating complex issues to appropriate teams when necessary • Prioritize incidents based on urgency and impact to ensure timely resolution • Collaborate with R&D, Delivery, and Customer Partner teams to address operational issues and improve processes • Implement monitoring-related processes, including on-call playbooks and reports, to ensure service-level consistency and SLA compliance • Prepare and provide regular status updates and reports on system performance and incident management

🎯 Requirements

• Availability for 2–3 shifts per week, mainly nights and weekends • High proficiency in English, both spoken and written • Currently pursuing a technical Bachelor’s degree (2nd/3rd year) in Industrial Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, with approximately 3 semesters remaining • Proficiency in SQL; ability to write complex queries is an advantage • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize and resolve issues effectively • Ability to use AI tools to independently investigate issues, find solutions, and optimize workflows • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams • Detail-oriented, with the capacity to handle multiple tasks and respond quickly in urgent situations • Experience with Python scripting and Git, Logs, and Monitoring systems is an advantage
