📋 Description

• Collaborate in the design and development of conversational agents using generative AI. • Participate in the migration of conversational flows to new technologies. • Support the automation of internal processes through RPA and intelligent agents. • Contribute to API integration tasks and database management. • Research new tools and trends to enhance the product. • Assist the team in resolving incidents and implementing technical improvements.

🎯 Requirements

• Basic knowledge or training in the development of conversational agents or flow design. • Familiarity with Python (Java or JavaScript is a plus). • Experience using version control tools like Git. • Interest in generative AI and prompting. • Introductory knowledge of RPA and process automation. • General understanding of software design and simple architectures. • Knowledge of API integration and database use (both relational and non-relational). • Familiarity with agile methodologies and collaborative tools. • Curiosity and eagerness to learn in dynamic environments. • Proactivity in researching and proposing solutions. • Interest in innovation and continuous improvement. • Strong communication and teamwork skills. • Flexibility and adaptability to constant change and challenges.
