📋 Description
• Sicherstellen eines reibungslosen Betriebs der SAP HCM Lösungen inkl. der Payroll unserer Kunden • Projektarbeit im HCM-Umfeld, Implementierungen, Migrationen und Releasewechsel begleiten • Unterstützung unserer Bestandskunden bei ihren SAP HCM Anwendungen durch Supporttätigkeiten • Analyse und Überarbeitung von Prozessen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit den Fachbereichen
🎯 Requirements
• Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung in der SAP HCM Beratung • Expertise in den Modulen PA, PY und/oder weiteren HCM-Modulen • Hohe Beraterkompetenz und Einsatzbereitschaft • Erfahrungen in der Projekt- und Teilprojektleitung sind von Vorteil • Teamorientierung und eine eigenverantwortliche, strukturierte Arbeitsweise
