📋 Description

• As a freelance trainer at WBS TRAINING, you represent your area of expertise with passion and foresight. • In your role as a trainer, the primary objective is developing the competencies of the course participants. • In your lesson design you see yourself both as a provider of input and as a learning companion supporting participants—Learning 4.0! • This includes subject-related instruction delivered from your home office in the WBS LearnSpace 3D®. • Designing and applying a variety of teaching methods for course delivery. • Preparing and conducting assessments to check learning progress. • Contributing to quality assurance measures.

🎯 Requirements

• Completed vocational training or university degree • Professional and project experience as a consultant • Experience as a trainer, preferably in publicly funded continuing education and in online teaching • Current SAP S/4HANA certification • Proof of pedagogical suitability, e.g. P2WTTT certificate, AEVO • Methodical and didactic skills in conveying teaching content • Independent and structured working style with high personal responsibility • Strong communication skills and enjoyment of working in a team
