📋 Description

• Overall functional and technical responsibility for SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud as the central system • Collaborate with stakeholders from Finance, Accounting, Controlling, Procurement, Logistics, and Operations, as well as SAP Solution Consultants • Ensure a consistent end-to-end process landscape across SAP modules and applications • Strategically develop and ensure the operational stability of SAP Public Cloud while shaping the system architecture • Manage national and international transformation projects, system implementations, rollouts, and migration initiatives • Assume functional responsibility for business-critical SAP solutions and their integration with adjacent business applications • Coordinate internal teams as well as external implementation and consulting partners • Assess requirements with regard to architecture, standardization, and long-term maintainability • Further develop the SAP roadmap and support well-founded prioritization decisions • Support ERP transformations, reporting and analytics initiatives, and integration projects • Own SAP governance and standards for architecture, extensions, integrations, release, testing, and change management • Advise management and business departments on strategic decisions relating to business processes, systems, and digital transformation

🎯 Requirements

• Primary residence in Germany • German language skills at least at C1 level • Many years of experience in senior leadership roles in the SAP or ERP environment, ideally in the Public Cloud • Strong understanding of SAP core modules and their end-to-end interdependencies, particularly Finance, Controlling, Materials Management, and Sales • Experience with SAP release and lifecycle management, as well as Clean Core principles, security, and authorization concepts • Experience with SAP in heterogeneous system landscapes • Experience with international rollouts, ERP transformations, or complex digitalization projects is a plus • Understanding of business processes and the ability to translate business requirements into solution architectures • Experience leading teams and managing external service providers and implementation partners • Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and modern collaboration and project management tools • Business-fluent German and very good written and spoken English
