📋 Description

• Overall functional and technical responsibility for SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud as the central system • Close collaboration with stakeholders from Finance, Accounting, Controlling, Procurement, Logistics, and Operations, as well as SAP Solution Consultants • Ensuring a consistent end-to-end process landscape across SAP modules and applications • Strategically advancing and operationally stabilizing SAP Public Cloud while shaping the system architecture • Managing national and international transformation projects, system implementations, rollouts, and migrations • Functional responsibility for business-critical SAP solutions and their interaction with adjacent business applications • Coordinating internal teams as well as external implementation and consulting partners • Evaluating requirements with regard to architecture, standardization, and maintainability, and further developing the SAP roadmap • Supporting ERP transformations, reporting and analytics initiatives, and integration projects • Responsibility for SAP governance and standards covering architecture, extensions, integrations, release, testing, and change management • Advising management and business departments on strategic decisions relating to business processes, systems, and digital transformation

🎯 Requirements

• Primary residence in Germany • German language skills at C1 level or higher • Several years of experience in leadership roles within the SAP or ERP environment, ideally in the Public Cloud, with cross-functional technical and business responsibility • In-depth understanding of SAP core modules and their end-to-end interdependencies, particularly Finance, Controlling, Materials Management, and Sales • Experience with SAP release and lifecycle management, as well as Clean Core principles, security, and authorization concepts • Experience working in heterogeneous system landscapes with SAP as a central component • Understanding of end-to-end business processes and the ability to translate business requirements into solution architectures • Experience leading teams and managing external service providers and implementation partners • Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and modern collaboration and project management tools • Business-fluent German and very good written and spoken English
