📋 Description

• Drive the technological advancement of applications in the payroll domain • Develop modern, intuitive user interfaces with a strong focus on usability • Design and implement automation solutions and innovative features, including AI-assisted functionality • Ensure a high level of software quality • Collaborate as part of an agile team • Promote open knowledge sharing and jointly develop sustainable solutions

🎯 Requirements

• Solid experience in software development • Experience with Delphi and C# is preferred • Good knowledge of SQL • Experience working with relational databases, such as InterBase, Firebird, and MS SQL Server • Interest in modern software architectures, automation solutions, and innovative technologies • Structured, analytical, and solution-oriented approach to work • Completed IT training, a degree in computer science, or comparable qualifications • Very good German language skills (at least B2 level) • Initial experience in HR, payroll, or ERP environments is welcome but not required
