📋 Description

• Operate and support customers’ NetScaler/ADC environments • Ensure reliable, secure, and high-quality service delivery • Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration using Terraform and Azure DevOps • Continuously enhance existing Infrastructure-as-Code approaches • Proactively optimize customer environments for stability, performance, security, and automation • Analyze and resolve complex technical incidents • Support incidents, changes, and technical escalations • Take responsibility for small- and medium-sized service-related projects, from technical design through implementation • Provide technical customer consulting and serve as a technical interface • Create and maintain technical documentation • Independently learn new technologies and share knowledge within the team

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of experience operating and further developing complex IT infrastructures, as well as working in service or project environments • Solid knowledge of Citrix NetScaler/ADC • Practical experience with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code • Knowledge of Azure DevOps, Ansible, Git, or CI/CD is a plus • Enthusiasm for new technologies and the ability to independently learn new topics • Strong customer and service orientation • Team-oriented mindset • Structured, independent approach to work, with a strong sense of ownership • Very good written and spoken German • Good written and spoken English
