• Prospect and onboard manufacturing suppliers across Mexico (Bajío, Monterrey, Northern Border, CDMX) • Understand capabilities, certifications (ISO, IATF, etc.), production capacity, and export readiness • Build long-term commercial relationships with plant managers, commercial directors, and owners • Engage engineering managers, procurement leaders, and supply chain teams • Help structure RFQs and sourcing needs • Match buyers with qualified suppliers from our network • Support early-stage commercial discussions • Build and manage your own book of business • Maintain CRM tracking and sales discipline • Drive deals from initial conversation to revenue generation
• 2–7+ years of B2B sales or industrial sales experience • Experience in manufacturing, engineering services, supplier development, or procurement preferred • Comfortable selling to technical and commercial stakeholders • Strong communication and relationship-building skills • Self-driven and performance-oriented • Experience within Mexico’s manufacturing or export ecosystem is strongly preferred.
