📋 Description

• Design, develop, and deploy modules and services across the technology stack • Translate product roadmap items into scalable, testable, and maintainable code • Build responsive user interfaces using React • Design and implement backend services and APIs using .NET Core, C#, and Python • Work with event-driven and message-based systems such as RabbitMQ • Integrate frontend applications with backend services and third-party systems • Design data models, write database migrations, and optimize queries • Write automated unit and integration tests • Diagnose and fix bugs, refactor code, and reduce technical debt • Profile and optimize application performance • Implement and manage feature flags for safe, incremental releases • Keep dependencies and frameworks up to date • Use AI-assisted development tools to accelerate development and improve code quality • Build internal tools and automation scripts • Contribute to AWS-based cloud infrastructure and services • Optimize CI/CD pipelines and DevOps workflows • Implement security and compliance best practices • Conduct code reviews • Write and maintain technical documentation, including READMEs, API documentation, and runbooks • Collaborate with internal teams • Provide technical support to other engineers, including pair and mob programming • Participate in daily standups, sprint planning, and retrospectives in a hybrid Agile framework • Provide on-call support for production systems as part of the team rotation

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field • 5+ years of hands-on full stack software development experience • Frontend experience with React and modern JavaScript/TypeScript • Backend experience with C#, .NET Core, and Python • Experience with MySQL, PostgreSQL, Redis, and MongoDB • Experience with AWS, including EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, or similar • Experience designing scalable and maintainable software architecture • Experience using AI-powered development tools such as GitHub Copilot or ChatGPT to generate, review, or optimize code • Strong understanding of mobile-first design principles and/or experience building mobile-enabled or responsive applications used in real-world environments • Familiarity with DevOps tools and CI/CD pipeline design • Strong understanding of Agile software delivery practices • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills • Clear and collaborative communication skills; comfortable working cross-functionally • Ability to work autonomously in a remote setting • Must verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States upon hire • Nice to have: integration experience with HubSpot CRM and Microsoft Dynamics Business Central ERP • Nice to have: familiarity with AWS Glue, SNS, SES, and CloudWatch • Nice to have: knowledge of Microsoft Remote Desktop Services
