📋 Description

• Provide SL2 support and resolve production issues • Address merchant inquiries and technical concerns • Collaborate closely with the SL1 Team on task prioritization • Ensure product stability by resolving data issues and verifying smooth transaction processing • Troubleshoot and resolve merchant/client technical issues, including transaction, gateway, device, and integration problems • Monitor and maintain application health through batch jobs, ETL jobs, and gateway communication using HealthCheck Application • Assist new clients with application and service integration • Ensure seamless client onboarding and offboarding experiences

🎯 Requirements

• Proficiency in React.js • Hands-on experience with .NET framework and development environment (Microsoft Visual Studio), including C# and ASP.NET MVC • Good knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs and hands-on experience with system integration • Familiarity with message queues • Experience with Entity Framework ORM and SQL Server, including stored procedures and ETL jobs • Knowledge of Git • Experience debugging, identifying root causes of issues, and solving coding problems efficiently • Strong skills in task breakdown, adaptability to changing priorities, and commitment to quality • Proactivity, teamwork skills, and a strong sense of accountability • Upper-Intermediate+ English level • Desirable: experience in technical support roles within the fintech and payment processing domain
