📋 Description

• Provide technical support to QAs in developing test strategies, focusing on best practices, automation coverage, and testability • Review test cases and automation code, providing guidance on the proper use of tools, standards, and the established test suite architecture • Discuss the best quality strategy for complex problems with the Technical Leads of each workstream and with architects, representing the QA team’s realities and constraints in these discussions • Support QAs and development teams in identifying, analyzing, and resolving incidents, fostering team autonomy and technical learning • Collaborate with Requirements Analysts, Product Owners, and Technical Leads to prioritize and track quality-related tasks • Ensure that the test strategy aligns with quality, security, and timeline criteria, including the discipline of keeping main always green under the trunk-based development model • Define, together with the Technical Leads of each workstream, the expected test coverage for code behind feature flags, including both states (enabled and disabled) • Encourage knowledge sharing and foster a collaborative environment within the QA team • Facilitate collaboration between the QA team and other technical leadership groups, maintaining clear and objective communication • Propose and lead process, tooling, and quality standards improvement initiatives • Hold regular conversations with the QA team, providing continuous and constructive feedback • Maintain an individual follow-up routine for the three QAs, including 1:1 meetings, delivery reviews, and an individual development plan for each person

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress, or equivalent demonstrated experience in software quality, test automation, or technical leadership • Test strategy and automation suite architecture: Playwright for web, Maestro and Detox for mobile, Postman/Bruno and Pact for APIs and contract testing • GitLab CI: defining quality gates and test pipelines, with the discipline of keeping main always green • Test strategy for code behind feature flags, including the risk of combinations involving multiple flags • OWASP ZAP for security testing and analysis • Use of AI through MCP, including Playwright MCP, for assisted test scenario exploration and execution • AWS applied to test environments, including ephemeral environments, execution parallelization, and infrastructure costs • Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum and Kanban), using Kanbanize (Businessmap) as a tracking tool
