📋 Description

• Architect, build, and maintain Go-based backend services and React/TypeScript surfaces for Capacity Matching and the Inflect Gateway • Evolve matching, confidence-scoring, and cost-optimization logic to satisfy precision and explainability requirements • Serve as secondary owner and backup for the RouteFinder and Site Prover cluster • Participate in cross-coverage, incident response support, and pull-request assessments • Partner with Data Foundation and Lead-to-Cash pods on source-data quality alignments and gateway transaction surface integrations • Deliver well-tested, observable code under the pod lead's technical direction • Independently ship and reliably operate Gateway and Capacity Matching features in production • Maintain end-to-end ownership of the Gateway & Capacity Matching cluster under pod technical standards

🎯 Requirements

• 7–10 years of professional full-stack engineering expertise • Deep production proficiency in Go for backend services • Deep production proficiency in React/TypeScript for frontend interfaces • Applied experience designing, building, and tuning algorithmic matching, ranking, scoring, or recommendation frameworks • Experience with API gateway and integration-heavy backend architectures • Hands-on experience with relational databases, including Postgres • Hands-on experience with AWS cloud deployments • Experience with event-driven messaging • Experience integrating data pipelines • Fluent professional English communication skills • Ability to conduct cross-border async collaboration, code reviews, and daily alignment across Brazil, Poland, and US time zones • Must maintain an active corporate entity (Pessoa Jurídica - PJ / CNPJ) in Brazil • Must upload valid electronic service invoices (Nota Fiscal de Serviços Eletrônica - NFS-e) into Rippling for monthly disbursement
