📋 Description

• Lead a development squad as a technical reference and facilitator • Contribute to the development and evolution of scalable RESTful APIs using Node.js and TypeScript • Design and maintain efficient data models, with a focus on performance, indexing, and consistency • Develop services in AWS environments, including ECS, S3, and Lambda • Ensure application security, observability, stability, and performance • Define and evolve the squad’s technical standards, architecture, and best practices • Participate in code reviews and architectural decisions • Create and maintain automated tests • Support the team with planning, technical refinement sessions, estimates, and prioritization • Foster a culture of quality, collaboration, and continuous improvement • Facilitate communication among back-end, front-end, and product teams

🎯 Requirements

• Solid experience developing and maintaining web applications in production • Experience with REST architecture and API design best practices • Previous experience leading squads, developers, projects, or technical initiatives • Experience working with SaaS products • Experience with system monitoring, observability, and scalability • Knowledge of database modeling • Knowledge of Clean Code, SOLID, DDD, hexagonal architecture, and automated testing • Knowledge of API security, including authentication, authorization, validation, and rate limiting • Knowledge of backend architecture and cloud environments • Knowledge of Git and version control workflows • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and deployment practices • Clear and assertive communication, with the ability to provide constructive feedback and confidence in making technical decisions • Node.js and TypeScript • AWS, including ECS, S3, and Lambda • NestJS or TS.ED is a plus • Bachelor’s degree, technology degree, or technical education, as specified in the job posting
