📋 Description

• Review and report on the general health of rotating equipment • Analyze temperature, vibration, and other data sources to predict and prevent machine failure • Collaborate with internal teams and customer contacts to analyze data and create customer-oriented solutions • Create action items and preventive measures to help customers prevent equipment downtime • Work toward VCAT 3 certification if not already obtained • Shadow, learn, and work alongside Vibration Analysts • Comply with OSHA, safety regulations, and company standards • Perform other duties as assigned and directed

🎯 Requirements

• VCAT 3 certification preferred • Bachelor's or Associate's degree, or equivalent experience preferred • Experience with Millwork or similar background preferred • 3+ years of Vibration analysis experience preferred • 1+ years of Customer Service experience preferred • Must currently live in the Philippines • Fluency in English, both written and verbal • Deep understanding of mechanical systems and rotating equipment • Experience with Microsoft Office/Google Suite platforms • Customer-first focus and ability to work with individuals of all corporate levels • Strong customer service skills • Excellent written and verbal communication • Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with coworkers and customers • High motivation and strong work ethic • Compliance with OSHA, safety regulations, and company standards
