📋 Description

• Respond to inbound leads via phone, email and CRM system (WIX) • Qualify leads and upsell services to convert leads to customers • Plan, resource and schedule bookings and cleaning • Manage inventory and orders of supplies for vans • Handle enquiries and build quotations for special customer requests • Work closely with the marketing team on special projects, offers and campaigns • Manage special offers and seasonal campaigns • Ensure website accuracy and keep FAQs consistently updated • Coordinate with new and existing vehicle partners, especially for end-of-month closing and revenue share statements • Manage pre- and post-booking checklists • Ensure all cars are cleaned, repaired and maintained before and after bookings

🎯 Requirements

• English fluency with excellent communication • Ideally experience in dealing with customers via calls • Interest, knowledge or passion for hospitality industry • 2+ years experience preferred • Flexible mindset or startup mentality • Willingness to go above and beyond the job description
