• Partner with training manager and sales team to achieve relevant goals, strategies, and initiatives • Work with Sales Reps to build a plan each month for support of the new and existing accounts in the territory to support sell-in and sell-through • Provides training to existing and new accounts, to ensure clients’ correct and in-depth understanding of both brand and products • Support patient/consumer events • Ensure consistencies in brand messaging • Present to both small and large audiences live and virtually (office training to large-scale seminar) • On-board new hires within the internal team • Communicate and provide relevant feedback and reporting to sales and training • Attend key medical conferences/trade shows as needed • Other duties as assigned by training manager
• 5+ yrs of experience in sales, training, or academic fields in the medical industry • Fluent in Japanese • Ability to read and write emails and documents in English for daily work • Excellent communication skills (written & oral) • Proficient in Microsoft Office (including Word, PowerPoint and Excel) • Comfortable presenting to large groups • Professional, polished appearance • Self-directed, self-motivated • Medical qualifications are a plus • Medical aesthetic or dermatology experience • Training experience • Experience in sales • Has worked in non-Japanese company • Has worked in start-up environment • Has a driving license, comfortable in driving a car when necessary
