📋 Description

• Process incoming invoices in Tipalti, including coding, approval routing, and payment scheduling • Maintain the vendor master list and GL reference table • Own vendor onboarding in Tipalti, including bank detail verification • Reconcile AP and AR ledgers monthly and flag discrepancies • Raise and send customer invoices accurately and on time • Monitor AR aging and follow up on overdue balances • Coordinate payroll inputs across Singapore, the UK, and the US with payroll providers • Verify payroll outputs before submission for sign-off • Process employee expense reimbursements • Prepare standard month-end journals for accruals, prepayments, and depreciation • Perform GL reconciliations and resolve open items before close • Maintain audit-ready financial records across all entities • Support the Financial Controller during audit fieldwork • Proactively flag process gaps and errors

🎯 Requirements

• Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent • 3–5 years of accounting experience in a multi-entity or regional finance function • Hands-on experience with Xero required • Experience with Tipalti is a bonus • Strong attention to detail and ability to self-review before submitting • Organised and process-oriented; able to follow processes consistently and flag issues • Comfortable working across time zones and communicating with remote teams
