📋 Description

• Partner with leadership to develop and maintain short- and long-term financial forecasts, including P&L, cash flow, and balance sheet projections. • Build and maintain financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and scenario analysis. • Develop and maintain processes for updating corporate forecasts and cash projections. • Monitor near-term cash position versus forecast and provide actionable cash-management insights. • Analyze financial results versus budget and forecast, providing variance explanations. • Prepare financial materials and KPIs for monthly management reviews, leadership updates, and board meetings. • Work with Finance, Accounting, Revenue Operations, and other teams to provide financial insights. • Translate financial data into actionable insights for non-financial stakeholders. • Contribute to implementation and improvement of financial tools, systems, and reporting capabilities. • Report to the Finance Lead and work closely with the COO.

🎯 Requirements

• 3 years of experience in finance, FP&A, or related roles. • Experience working in fast-paced environments (startups or growing companies a plus). • Strong understanding of financial statements, forecasting, and cash management. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to communicate insights clearly. • High attention to detail, ownership mindset, and ability to operate hands-on. • Comfortable working cross-functionally and directly with senior leadership. • Be located in Buenos Aires. • Advanced English is required.
