📋 Description

• Design, build, and maintain backend services and APIs • Write unit and integration tests as a first-class part of development • Drive architecture discussions • Review pull requests for design and maintainability • Write and maintain technical documentation • Contribute to shared libraries and platform standards • Use AI/LLM tooling actively in your workflow

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of professional backend software engineering experience • At least 3 years working in Java in a production environment • Java and Spring Boot depth • REST API design • Relational database design • Distributed systems depth • Testing with JUnit/Mockito and integration tests • Event-driven architecture in production - Kafka or equivalent • Microservices architecture experience • Familiarity with cloud environments - AWS preferred • Experience with any additional JVM language (Kotlin) or willingness to learn
