📋 Description

• Internalize, reflect on, and communicate agile values and principles to teams and management. • Develop target visions and individual agile transformation roadmaps to drive change. • Establish continuous learning and an open error culture within the project environment. • Foster an agile mindset at the individual, team, and organizational levels.

🎯 Requirements

• University degree, ideally with additional qualifications. • Proven professional and project experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Project Manager, or Agile Coach in consulting. • Deeply internalized agile mindset to motivate and inspire stakeholders. • Practical experience supporting multiple agile teams as a coach, guide, or navigator. • Empathy and strong communication skills, plus excellent methodological expertise in facilitation, change management, and team development. • Business-fluent German and English and willingness to travel as a consultant. • Experience setting up innovation processes (e.g., Design Thinking). • Relevant certifications (e.g., Systemic Coach, LeSS Practitioner, Scrum Master, SAFe, Scrum@Scale, PRINCE2).
