📋 Description

• Advise our clients on transformation, digitalization and IT management • Identify clients' organizational challenges and develop tailored solutions together with them • Shape the change process collaboratively with employees and management across various client industries and the public sector • Further develop our consulting offering by contributing your experience and new methods • Optional: provide technical leadership to Junior Consultants in joint projects

🎯 Requirements

• Initial project and/or consulting experience in transformation and digitalization within IT-related environments • Basic understanding of ITIL, Scrum or PRINCE2 • Strong interest in organizing and governing IT effectively in a digital world • Familiarity with the challenges at the interface between IT and the business • Very good presentation and communication skills in German
